Specific Rate Details

Easter: $1,600/week Christmas and New Years weeks $1,950/week Thanksgiving week: $1,400/week Minimum one week rental. Sales Tax:13%. Processing Fee:$30 Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental is required to secure the reservation. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.
Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable unless previously arranged with Flamingo Beach Vacation Rentals in writing. The deposit will be refunded if the agent is able to re-rent the property. Otherwise, a credit will be issued for a future date up to one year to rent the same property.
Damage Deposit: Open voucher damage deposit will be required.
Rates subject to change without notice.
Rates include maid service every three days.

Description

The Luna suite has a beautiful view of the ocean, beach and pool. It is on the second level of the larger building. There is a very comfortable king bed and this suite also has a love seat, tables and chairs. It has a 32" flat screen tv with cable, DVD player, iPod player and Wi-Fi. It has a fully furnished kitchen with a full refrigerator. There is a coffee maker, microwave, electric stove, pots and pans, cooking utensils. There is no oven.
